an exercise regime, which helps you reduce fat by
burning excess calories like running, cycling, swimming
and brisk walking. However they should be done with
caution to prevent injury to your body. Obesity
is the cause of many diseases. You can control your
weight by reducing the calorie intake. You have
to balance your work-outs with the calories consumed
so that you loose weight. If you consume more calories
than the amount you have burnt in your work-out
then you will gain and not loose weight. A few examples

due to poor eating habits. It also causes severe
liver damage, vomiting of blood and can cause
brain damage in extreme case.
